When I launched YowTRIP, I paid for Google ads for certain keywords: “Travel Companion”, “Find travelers”, etc. In the past few months I started noticing that YowTRIP shows on the first page (sometimes one of the first links) on organic search results. So, I haven’t paid for ads for a long time… 17% of our visitors this month came from search engines (90% of them from Google). Some of the major places this month: Amsterdam, Shanghai, Italy, Dubai and Las Vegas. At the end if the month I’ll post some interesting statistics from I-stats. If you have a website, you MUST have web analytics. It not only tells you where your visitors are coming from, but how they navigate on your site and the pages most visited. These are very important for you to go back and review those pages to see if you’re conveying what you want to your visitors.
